Vista Equity Partners has acquired Quantios, a software firm that serves trust companies, corporate service providers, and private wealth managers with workflow and administration tools, from Hg.
Quantios was formed in 2023 through the combination of Hg’s TrustQuay and EQT-backed ViewPoint, which brought together complementary capabilities in the trust and corporate services space.
Hg originally invested in TrustQuay in 2022 before merging it with ViewPoint to create the combined entity.
