Broad Sky Partners-backed CET Energy Solutions buys Direct Electric Services, JDL Electric, New Horizons Technologies and Vanguard Building Solutions, expanding into the Mid-Atlantic.
CET Energy Solutions, an integrated electrical and energy services platform backed by Broad Sky Partners, announced four acquisitions across electrical construction and energy solutions. The targets are Direct Electric Services of Mount Airy, Maryland, JDL Electric Company of Halethorpe, Maryland, New Horizons Technologies of Sterling, Massachusetts, and Vanguard Building Solutions of Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Direct Electric Services and JDL Electric will keep their names and operate as CET Energy Solutions companies. New Horizons will operate as Commonwealth Electrical Technologies, and Vanguard will move to the CET Energy Solutions brand.
