Multi Parts Solutions adds HKX

Multi Parts Solutions acquired HKX, Inc., a Monroe, Washington-based manufacturer of auxiliary hydraulic kits and control-system solutions for excavators and heavy equipment. The deal moves Multi Parts Solutions, a portfolio company of Radial, into the construction equipment market and establishes HKX as its third operating division, alongside automotive and heavy-duty trucking segments.
