Fumex Air Filtration Systems acquired PAT Technology Systems, a Montreal-based, founder-owned designer and manufacturer of Filtrabox air purification solutions that protect people, equipment and the environment from airborne pollutants. The add-on broadens Fumex's product offering and geographic reach across North America and Europe, combining engineering resources to develop new filtration products for a range of end markets.
Vance Street Capital backs Fumex, and Fidus Capital provided debt financing for the transaction.
