Automotive Color & Supply, a WILsquare Capital portfolio company, has acquired Ohio Paint Supply, a distributor of automotive and industrial paint and supply products that has served Ohio for more than 30 years.
The add-on marks the fourth acquisition for the automotive paint distribution platform since WILsquare formed it with the 2023 purchase of ACS, following Paint Works in 2024 and Smetzer Paint & Supply in 2025.

ACS now serves customers across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana.
