Genstar Capital and Aksia invest in Richey May

Richey May, a Top 50 full-service accounting, tax and advisory firm, has received a growth investment from Genstar Capital and Aksia. The firm provides attest services through independent CPA firm Richey, May & Co. and tax and business consulting through RM Advisory.
Existing investor F3 Partners and management will retain significant ownership stakes. Genstar Capital manages about $51 billion of assets and targets financial services, software, healthcare, and industrials; Aksia co-invests across private equity, private credit, and real assets.
Guggenheim Securities advised Richey May and F3 Partners; BMO Capital Markets advised Genstar.
