Adelis agrees to buy majority stake in consultancy Newground
Newground is a consultancy alliance of 15 specialist firms with more than 300 consultants and over SKr500m in annual turnover.
Adelis Equity Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Newground, an alliance that brings together 15 specialist consultancies.
The group has more than 300 consultants and annual turnover of over SKr500m, equal to about $51m or €44m.
