Bregal-backed Nethive acquires JoyComm

Nethive acquired JoyComm, an Italian IT security specialist, alongside Bregal Milestone’s majority growth investment in Nethive. Terms were not disclosed.

JoyComm designs, implements and manages secure network and cloud environments. The acquisition adds engineering and consulting expertise to Nethive’s cybersecurity, IT and operational technology networking, and cloud infrastructure capabilities.

The deal is part of Nethive’s strategy to build an expanded cybersecurity platform through organic growth and acquisitions in Italy and other European markets.
