Bregal Milestone announced a majority growth investment in Nethive, an Italian provider of managed cybersecurity services and security software. Alongside the investment, Bregal backed Nethive’s acquisition of IT security specialist JoyComm.
Nethive serves more than 250 clients across telecommunications, energy, healthcare, industrial and public-sector markets; the companies did not disclose transaction terms.
