Oridian forms AnchorPoint Foundations services platform
Initial brands operate in North Carolina, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma while retaining local names for residential and commercial foundation services.
AnchorPoint Foundations was formed with Oridian backing as a foundation repair and waterproofing services platform for residential and commercial properties.
Its initial family of brands includes Foundation Repair Services and Cornerstone Foundation Repair and Waterproofing in North Carolina, B.A.M. Basements and Masons in Iowa, Champion Waterproofing in Pennsylvania, and Edens Structural Solutions in Oklahoma.
The companies handle crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting and related technical services for homeowners and commercial property owners.
Each business will keep operating under its local name while using AnchorPoint's shared resources, infrastructure and expertise.
"AnchorPoint reflects Oridian's strategy of building strong service platforms in tandem with experienced local management teams," said Nate Novak, Managing Director of Oridian.
Terms were not disclosed for the formation.
