Crosstown Capital Acquires MAK Steel and Trinity Steel
The two Indiana businesses provide steel fabrication and erection for Midwest construction projects.
Crosstown Capital Partners has acquired MAK Steel Services and Trinity Steel Services, two Indiana businesses serving commercial and industrial construction customers. Seymour-based MAK fabricates and erects structural steel and produces custom metalwork in carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Trinity, based in New Whiteland, is an AISC-certified steel erection contractor. MAK also operates an ornamental products division and provides design, drafting, fabrication, and installation services.
Generational Capital Markets advised the sellers. The acquisition closed August 3 and was announced September 4.
