Eleven advisory practices, from solo practitioners to multi-advisor teams, have joined Stratos Wealth Holdings, adding $4.8 billion in client assets to the Aldrich Capital-backed wealth management platform.
The acquired firms extend the platform’s footprint across Virginia, Ohio, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, and New York.
The group includes Kowal Financial Services in Fairfax, Virginia; Veritas Boston in Rockland, Massachusetts; True North Wealth Partners in Dublin, Ohio; Marquis Wealth Group in Tucson, Arizona; PTM Financial in Chula Vista, California; and several practices in Pepper Pike and Gladwyne, as well as offices in Westchester and San Diego.
The practices represent a mix of individual advisors and larger teams, all entering structured partnerships with Stratos that emphasize shared growth and succession planning.
Stratos Wealth Holdings, a family of registered investment advisors, makes direct investments in advisory firms to offer operational scale, technology, and a clear path for continuity, while advisors retain leadership of their businesses.
Aldrich Capital Partners backs the platform, and SEI Investments owns a 57.5% majority stake following its December 2025 strategic investment.
The transactions were in process ahead of SEI's investment and fit Stratos’s strategy of building long-term enterprise value through aligned acquisitions.
