Founded in 2013, the Miami-based independent full-service aviation MRO platform operates through Xtreme Aviation, Ignite Aero Engines, and Aventus Air Leasing II, serving cargo and commercial operators across major U.S. airports.
Founded in 2013, the company operates through Xtreme Aviation, an FAA Part 145 certificated MRO provider with line maintenance stations across major U.S. airports; Ignite Aero Engines, which specializes in CFM56 and CFM34 turbine engine MRO and overhaul; and Aventus Air Leasing II, focused on aircraft and engine acquisition, refurbishment, sale, and leasing. Heartwood aims to support expansion into new geographies, service lines, and additional capacity through organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
