RTC-backed Consertus acquires S2 Engineering
The California infrastructure services firm has worked on the I-215 widening and I-5 corridor improvement projects.

Consertus, an RTC Partners portfolio company, acquired S2 Engineering, a California provider of construction management, inspection, engineering and materials testing services for public infrastructure projects. Founded in 2001, S2 serves transportation agencies and other public-sector clients across the state.
Its projects include the I-215 Realignment and Widening Project and the I-5 Corridor Improvement Project. S2 will retain its Rancho Cucamonga headquarters and continue serving existing clients.
Consertus provides digital, advisory, engineering and project delivery services and has more than 1,350 professionals worldwide.
