RTC-backed Consertus acquires S2 Engineering
The California infrastructure services firm has worked on the I-215 widening and I-5 corridor improvement projects.
Consertus, an RTC Partners portfolio company, acquired S2 Engineering, a California provider of construction management, inspection, engineering and materials testing services for public infrastructure projects.
Its projects include the I-215 Realignment and Widening Project and the I-5 Corridor Improvement Project. S2 will retain its Rancho Cucamonga headquarters and continue serving existing clients.
