Integrated Water Services adds Complete Filtration Resources

Sciens Capital Management-backed Integrated Water Services has paired its membrane bioreactor and aeration technologies with Complete Filtration Resources' process filtration and industrial wastewater business, creating an end-to-end water reclamation offering for food and beverage processors.

The add-on, closed May 12, gives the modular water infrastructure platform immediate cross-selling opportunities across dairy and protein end markets.

Complete Filtration Resources designs, engineers, and supports process filtration and wastewater treatment systems for industrial clients worldwide.

Headquartered in Wisconsin, with additional offices in the Netherlands and Denmark, the company specializes in membrane filtration and turnkey solutions for dairy and food & beverage processing, spanning initial design through installation and aftermarket components.

Complete Filtration CEO John Park retains significant ownership and will remain active in the combined group.

The business continues to operate under its existing brand, while the two teams integrate complementary wastewater capabilities to serve the underserved mid-market with combined treatment and digital monitoring services.

Integrated Water Services, led by CEO Cody Phipps, delivers turnkey process, water, wastewater, and reuse systems across municipal, residential, commercial, and industrial end markets.

The platform is backed by Sciens Water, an affiliate of Sciens Capital Management, which launched a dedicated water fund in 2018.

Sciens Water Chairman and CEO John Rigas called the acquisition a milestone in building a preeminent water treatment platform with the technical scope to serve specialized industrial sectors.
