Sciens Water-backed Integrated Water Services has acquired Tetrasolv, a provider of water treatment rental systems, filtration equipment, and field services.
Tetrasolv will operate as a subsidiary, maintaining its 230,000-square-foot ASME-certified fabrication facility in Anderson, Indiana, and service centers in Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
The company serves industrial, municipal, and environmental clients, with expertise in PFAS remediation and advanced purification.
The acquisition adds media filtration and recurring service capabilities to IWS’s modular wastewater platform.
