Regent acquires Avon North America from LG H&H
The transaction reunites Avon North America with Avon International under common ownership for the first time since 2016, while LG H&H narrows to K-beauty and wellness brands.
LG H&H has agreed to sell Avon North America, a social-selling beauty business with independent sales ambassadors throughout the United States and Canada, to Regent. Regent acquired Avon's international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East from Natura & Co. in January 2026.
LG H&H acquired the business in 2019 and has since invested in product innovation, digital and operational capabilities and modernization of the ambassador network. "After a careful strategic review of our global portfolio, we believe this is the right time to further sharpen LG H&H's focus on our core global beauty and retail growth priorities," said Sunjoo Lee, CEO of LG H&H.
Regent, founded by Michael A. Reinstein, is headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, with offices in London, Paris, Munich and New York and invests across luxury, fashion, beauty, consumer, media, technology, industrial and automotive sectors.
