GHK-backed WSB acquires engineering firm Poly
The Alabama firm adds municipal, environmental and federal design capabilities in the Southeast and Gulf Coast.
GHK Capital Partners-backed WSB acquired Poly, an architecture and engineering firm based in Dothan, Alabama. Founded in 1959, Poly also has offices in Birmingham, Alabama, and Shalimar, Florida.
Its services include architecture, civil and environmental engineering, geological and hydrogeological work, and federal and military facility design. Poly has designed more than 130 military training ranges in the U.S. and overseas.
WSB has more than 1,800 staff across over 50 U.S. offices. The companies plan to integrate their services during 2026 and 2027.
