WSB adds Civil Infrastructure Associates
Adds water, wastewater, civil/site, aviation, and surveying capability in Tennessee and marks WSB's eighth acquisition in three years.
WSB LLC added Civil Infrastructure Associates, LLC, a Tennessee municipal engineering firm specializing in water and wastewater utilities, civil/site design, aviation infrastructure, and surveying services. CIA was founded in 2009 by Linda Sullivan and serves municipalities and public agencies, with GIS and infrastructure funding assistance expertise.
“The acquisition of CIA represents a strategic investment in the continued growth of WSB’s municipal engineering capabilities,” said Bret Weiss, WSB’s president and chief executive officer. WSB is a portfolio company of GHK Capital Partners LP.
WSB and CIA will work together to integrate their services and develop a coordinated go-to-market approach in 2026.
