Mubadala Capital acquires Arrive Logistics

Mubadala Capital acquired a majority interest in Arrive Logistics, an Austin-based truckload brokerage that moves freight across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The company serves more than 5,500 customers, including many Fortune 500 brands, through a network of over 10,000 core carriers.

Existing investors ATL Partners and Lead Edge Capital will retain meaningful stakes alongside management, who are rolling significant equity into the transaction.
