Centre and Altivare Acquire Navajo Expedited
The Florida freight-logistics company connects shippers with more than 8,000 vetted third-party drivers.
Centre Partners and Altivare Capital Partners acquired Navajo Expedited, a Lakeland, Florida-based freight-logistics services company. Founded in 2018, the business arranges dry-van and temperature-controlled transportation through a network of more than 8,000 vetted third-party drivers.
It serves food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and industrial customers, using proprietary technology for pricing, onboarding, dispatch and fraud prevention. Founder Brandon Bodine remains CEO.
The sponsors will support technology investment and acquisitions. Centre partially funded the transaction through a new vehicle supporting independent-sponsor deals in the North American lower.
