Aventia adds Bryant Hammett & Associates
The transaction adds a Central and Gulf South Louisiana civil engineering, land surveying and hazard mitigation practice to the Bernhard Capital Partners-backed platform.
Bryant Hammett & Associates, a Louisiana civil engineering, land surveying and hazard mitigation firm, was acquired by Aventia. The firm serves government agencies and private clients in public works, community development and disaster resilience from offices in Ferriday, Harahan, Belle Chasse and Baton Rouge.
"Since 1984, BHA has established itself as a trusted partner for Louisiana's infrastructure and disaster resilience work," said Dirk Applegate, Chief Executive Officer of Aventia. Aventia, launched by Bernhard Capital Partners in July 2022, has more than 400 team members and serves public and private sector clients in more than 40 states.
