Godspeed Capital-backed BNP Group has acquired U.S. Cost Incorporated, a cost management and project controls consulting firm based in Alpharetta, Georgia, from Schneider Electric.
U.S. Cost provides construction estimating, scheduling, value engineering, lifecycle cost analysis, and risk assessment services to airports, federal agencies, universities, and other public-sector clients.
The add-on, BNP's fourth, follows deals for Airport Gurus, Studdiford Technical Solutions, and Establish Inc., broadening the platform beyond aviation into government, healthcare, and education infrastructure.
