New Mountain Capital-backed Consor acquired Peterson Structural Engineers, a West Coast structural engineering firm focused on water, wastewater, and municipal infrastructure.

Consor, with more than 1,800 professionals across the U.S. and Canada, provides engineering and consulting services to modernize critical infrastructure.
