O2 Investment Partners-backed Azureon has acquired Subcomm Pools, a Falls Church, Virginia-based provider of residential pool construction, renovation, and maintenance services.
The company serves homeowners across the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia market and was founded in 2008.
The add-on is Azureon’s 13th acquisition and adds a residential pool services brand with an established reputation in the DMV.
“The Subcomm team has built an outstanding business and earned a strong reputation throughout the DMV,” said Kyle Chaikin, chief business development officer at Azureon.
Following the acquisition, Azureon encompasses 13 operating businesses across seven states and the District of Columbia.
