Centre Lane Partners-backed Vector Building Products has acquired Prestige Distribution, a Division 10 and commercial specialty products distributor offering design, distribution, project management and installation services to non-residential construction customers.
Headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, with an additional location in Dallas, Texas, Prestige was founded in 2004.
In connection with the acquisition, co-owner Adi Klinghofer will assume the role of chief operating officer of Vector Building Products.

Vector, launched in 2025 by Centre Lane Partners through an initial partnership with Spectrum Resource, continues to expand its specialty building products distribution platform serving non-residential markets across North America.
