MondeVita acquires Underscore District as platform investment
The deal adds brand development, retail and digital commerce capabilities to MondeVita's luxury platform, following its acquisition of menswear manufacturer Caruso.
MondeVita acquired a majority stake in Underscore District, a Milan-based brand accelerator housing labels Magliano, GR10K and multibrand retailer WOK Store.
