Knox Lane acquired a majority stake in SAGE Integration, a national security systems integrator serving enterprise customers, including regulated industries. Founded in 1988, SAGE designs, retrofits, installs and maintains facility security systems.
Eric Frasier leads the company as CEO. Knox Lane plans to support hiring, business development, technology investment and complementary acquisitions.
