JP McHale Pest Management, an Anticimex company, acquired All Pest Solutions, a commercial pest control provider based in Metuchen, New Jersey. Scott Soltis founded All Pest Solutions in 2006, and the company serves customers across New York and New Jersey.
The Aust Group advised All Pest Solutions and announced the transaction on September 25. The deal closed May 26; financial terms were not disclosed.
