Nova Capital Management acquires BMP Group of Companies and RB Medical
The combined businesses serve office automation, filtration, automotive, domestic appliances, sustainable tree protection, renewable energy, and healthcare customers from multiple international locations.
BMP Group of Companies, a manufacturer of industrial consumable components and sub-assemblies, and RB Medical, a specialised healthcare products business, were acquired by Nova Capital Management from Andrew Industries. The combined businesses serve office automation, filtration, automotive, domestic appliances, sustainable tree protection, renewable energy, and healthcare customers across multiple international locations.
Omiros Millas and Carl Francis, Nova Operating Partner, will jointly oversee the businesses on behalf of Nova. Nova plans to build on the companies' technical capabilities and customer relationships through continued investment, operational improvement, product innovation, and long-term growth.
