AAi Labels & Decals acquires Guaranteed Labels
Portrait Capital-backed AAi Labels & Decals has acquired Guaranteed Labels, a custom label maker in Moody, Alabama, founded in 1988.
AAi Labels & Decals, a portfolio company of Portrait Capital, said it has acquired Guaranteed Labels of Moody, Alabama. It is the second acquisition for AAi's label platform and part of its strategy of partnering with founder and family-owned label converters across North America.
The deal expands the platform's production capacity, product range and sales coverage. AAi CEO Lynn Higgs said the business fits the company's goal of supporting such businesses.
Justin Burris, managing partner at Portrait Capital, said the firm welcomes conversations with other label companies. No financial terms were disclosed.
