Astro Pak adds Frontline Global Services

The Stephens Group-backed Astro Pak has acquired Frontline Global Services Inc., a provider of high-velocity oil flushing, chemical cleaning and fluid purification services for industrial equipment.
The deal extends Astro Pak’s field service network to 14 locations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico, adding access to infrastructure end markets such as data centers, power generation, and aerospace and defense.
The acquisition is the third since Astro Pak partnered with The Stephens Group.
