Astro Pak adds Purepass Services
The deal adds high purity cleaning capacity in Hamilton, Ontario, bringing Astro Pak to 13 locations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The Stephens Group-backed Astro Pak added Hamilton, Ontario-based Purepass Services, a provider of on-site and shop-based high purity cleaning services.
Purepass serves customers across Canada and the United States with passivation, derouging, pickling, oxygen cleaning, sanitization and related services.
The company works across biopharmaceutical, food & beverage, household & personal care, water & wastewater and other industrial end markets.
The acquisition establishes Astro Pak's presence in Canada and brings the platform to 13 locations across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
The transaction is Astro Pak's second acquisition under The Stephens Group ownership.
Intrepid Investment Bankers served as exclusive buy-side advisor to Astro Pak.
