Corbel and Sea Pine invest in Executive Exteriors
The Texas-based specialty roofing and exterior restoration company, founded in 2018, serves residential and commercial customers and will remain led by founder Drake Gordon.
Founded in 2018 by Drake Gordon, the company serves residential and commercial customers, supporting insurance claims alongside exterior work.
As part of the deal, Gordon will retain a significant ownership stake and continue as Chairman and CEO, guiding the company's branch expansion, sales-team growth, and acquisition of complementary businesses.
