The deal adds remediation verification and retesting capabilities to the Insight Partners-backed exposure management platform, and the combined company serves more than 3,000 customers across 57 countries, including more than 25% of the Fortune 500.
PlexTrac is used by Fortune 500 companies and security providers including Expedia, Royal Caribbean, Mandiant and Deloitte.
