Tower Capital Asia-Backed V-Key Buys CloudsineAI
The combined entity brings identity, agentic security, and web integrity controls to regulated customers in financial services, government, healthcare, and critical infrastructure across Asia.
V-Key, a Tower Capital Asia portfolio company, acquired a majority stake in CloudsineAI, a Singapore-based provider of AI cybersecurity and web integrity protection. CloudsineAI's products include TraceCtrl, an agentic AI security suite, and WebOrion, a web integrity platform used by enterprises and government customers in Singapore and four other countries.
"This strategic investment reflects our conviction that identity will become the control layer for the AI economy," said Joseph Gan, Co-Founder and CEO of V-Key. The combined offering targets regulated industries including financial services, government, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.
Tower Capital Asia, which backs V-Key, has led investments in Southeast Asian businesses including AXS, BoardRoom, Eu Yan Sang, and V-Key.
