The deal is the eighth investment from Antin's €1.2 billion NextGen Infrastructure Fund I, a vehicle that backs established operating models needing capital to scale into infrastructure platforms.
Formed in 2019 by Antin Infrastructure Partners after carving out Veolia’s U.S. district energy operations, the platform has been owned by Antin for roughly seven years.
Adds roughly 200,000 gallons of daily modular LNG liquefaction capacity, extending a vertically integrated LNG supply chain for utility, commercial, industrial, and renewable natural gas customers.
The transaction gives Antin Infrastructure Partners exposure to U.S. defense and maritime infrastructure spending and commercial ship repair and fabrication markets.
