Terracon acquires Marx Okubo Associates
Marx Okubo, a national property consulting and engineering firm with about 200 employees, joins employee-owned Terracon.
Terracon, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm based in Olathe, Kansas, has acquired Marx Okubo Associates, an employee-owned national architecture, engineering and construction consultancy. Marx Okubo serves real estate owners, investors and lenders with property due diligence, building assessment and owner's representation.
The firm will operate as Marx Okubo, A Terracon Company, and its 200 employees become part of Terracon.
