PSG Equity backs Be-Cloud and QualityHosting combination

PSG Equity has backed the combination of Be-Cloud and QualityHosting, bringing the two Microsoft cloud and managed services providers together to form a pan-European cloud platform.

The combined business will serve small and medium-sized businesses and IT partners across France, DACH and the Benelux region. No financial terms were disclosed.
