California Custom Fruits & Flavors, an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, said it acquired the Custom Nutritional Ingredients division of Skjodt-Barrett Foods. The unit will keep the Skjodt-Barrett Foods name and operate as a division of CCFF. Terms were not disclosed.
CNI has spent more than 40 years developing bar layers, fillings, bindings, toppings and icings for foodservice operators, brands and co-manufacturers.
