Dalziel serves industrial food manufacturers, retail butchers and foodservice businesses through four accredited manufacturing facilities and a network of distribution sites across the UK.

Founded in 1926 as a casings and ingredients distributor, the company now sells cereals, technical casings, packaging and meat processing solutions.

The transaction was completed in partnership with the Dalziel, Darroch, and Dickens families and Dalziel's management team, with the families remaining meaningful shareholders.

Peak Rock Capital is backing Dalziel as a European food ingredients platform and is seeking add-on acquisitions tied to protein and food service end markets.
