October Capital has signed an agreement to acquire EQ Retirement Solutions, a provider of pension automation and digital payments services. The deal is expected to close in November. Terms were not disclosed.
October Capital is a new private equity firm created by Siris Capital, focused on services businesses that help enterprises adopt and scale new technologies. It is led by CEO and managing partner Frank Baker.
October Capital has completed one deal, Takkion, and signed another for Lenvi, a loan servicing software provider, also expected to close in November.
