October Capital has signed an agreement to acquire Lenvi, a provider of loan servicing software. The deal is expected to close in November. Terms were not disclosed.
October Capital is a new private equity firm created by Siris Capital, focused on services businesses that help enterprises adopt and scale new technologies. It is led by CEO and managing partner Frank Baker.
October Capital has completed one deal, Takkion, and signed another for EQ Retirement Solutions, a pension automation and digital payments provider, also expected to close in November.
