Stamford-based LongRange Capital has completed its purchase of Pizza Hut, excluding Mainland China, from Yum! Brands, which owns the global pizza chain.
LongRange Capital said it has completed its acquisition of Pizza Hut, excluding Mainland China, from Yum! Brands. Pizza Hut was founded in 1958 and has about $10 billion in system-wide sales.
Bob Berlin, founder and managing partner of LongRange, said the firm is committed to supporting franchisees and to operational and digital initiatives that drive growth.
