Ardurra, backed by Littlejohn, has agreed to acquire Abilene-based water engineering firm eHT, which serves public-sector and utility clients.
Littlejohn-backed Ardurra has agreed to acquire eHT, a Texas water engineering firm. eHT serves public-sector and utility clients and was founded in 1989.
eHT is headquartered in Abilene and operates from offices in Abilene, Granbury and Lubbock. Ardurra is a portfolio company of Littlejohn.
