Ardurra, backed by Littlejohn & Co., has acquired Kelly Engineers, a municipal engineering and surveying firm based in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, serving the Greater Philadelphia area since 1979.
The firm focuses on municipal infrastructure projects and maintains long-standing client relationships in the region.

The deal deepens Ardurra's Northeast platform following its recent acquisition of Remington & Vernick Engineers.
