La Caisse to acquire 49.9% stake in Bell wireless tower company
BCE and La Caisse are partnering on TowerCo, a Montréal-based wireless tower company with more than 5,000 sites across Canada.
BCE announced a partnership under which La Caisse will acquire a 49.9% stake in a new wireless tower infrastructure company, TowerCo. The company will own and operate Bell's portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets.
It plans to grow through new site builds, site densification and third-party colocation. No purchase price was disclosed.
