Haven Capital Partners invests in Vision Specialty Contracting

Haven Capital Partners, a New York-based private investment firm, has made a strategic growth investment in Vision Specialty Contracting, a Des Moines, Iowa electrical, plumbing and underground utility contractor. The investment terms, including any ownership stake, were not disclosed. William Lay joined Vision's board in connection with the deal.

Founded in 2010, Vision provides specialty electrical, plumbing, underground utility and generator services to pork, poultry, cattle and egg producers across the United States. The company plans to expand into new regions, broaden its service offerings, invest in its people and systems, and pursue acquisitions of complementary contractors. Proskauer acted as legal counsel to Haven.
