Automated Logic, a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Logical Solutions, Inc. (LSI), an Automated Logic dealer headquartered in Richardson, Texas. The transaction is expected to close in the coming months.
The deal adds field engineers, project managers, application engineers and service professionals to Automated Logic's national footprint, following its recent acquisition of Control Consultants & Services in Lubbock and Abilene, Texas. Carrier said LSI's expertise in mission-critical environments supports its QuantumLeap suite. LSI owners Jim Barber, Ben Blackerby and Daniel Tarver said the combination preserves focus on employees, customers and quality.
