Angelini Ventures sells Noctrix Health to ResMed
The deal brings Nidra, an FDA-authorized non-invasive therapy for moderate-to-severe restless legs syndrome, into a broader sleep health and respiratory care business.
Noctrix Health, developer of wearable non-invasive neuromodulation therapy for restless legs syndrome, moved to ResMed in a transaction valued at $340 million.
Founded in 2016, the medical technology company develops clinically validated therapies for chronic neurological and sleep-related conditions.
Its lead product, Nidra, is FDA-authorized for moderate-to-severe restless legs syndrome.
Angelini Ventures invested in Noctrix Health in 2024 as part of the company’s $40 million Series C financing round, supporting clinical and commercial development.
ResMed plans to integrate Nidra into its sleep health ecosystem to reach more patients with RLS.
“It has been a privilege to partner with the Noctrix team during such a pivotal phase of the company’s growth,” added Tanja Dowe, Managing Director at Angelini Ventures and Board Observer at Noctrix Health prior to the acquisition.
